TPC holds a prominent position on HMRC and Government committees, representing numerous members and clients. This influential role enables the organisation to provide invaluable insights that shape the future of the industry.
One of TPC's standout offerings is the custom-built online ACT platform, an essential part of their tech resource toolkit. This platform utilises a unique payroll competency model, delivering targeted assessments, leading to customised reports of a team members strengths and weaknesses, creating relevant training to payroll personnel at all experience levels.
After a competitive pitch process, Studio Up North (SUN) was chosen to create a clear brand and product hierarchy.
We successfully established a concise branded house model, incorporating existing and future technology applications. This laid the foundation for a series of sub-brands unified under the overarching Payroll Centre brand.
Inspired by finding beauty beauty in data and it’s ability to take many forms, the identity featured a fluid, ever evolving 'cycle of learning' icon, symbolising the continuous process of knowledge, learning, and development provided by TPC.
The visual language exudes vibrancy and coherence, capturing the essence of an innovative professional services training provider.
Progress of our payroll professionals was showcased by our traffic light system. Using red, amber and green colour-ways throughout the brand and it’s programme. This was paired with a dashboard and visual system designed to bring out your inner completionist. This further helped gamify the refinement of knowledge, nurturing a desire to learn while having fun and completing tasks. 
Focussed on the potential of people, The Payroll Centre is driven by a commitment to support payrollers in their growth, whilst assisting businesses in training and retaining their valued team members.
